    This historic inn is home to two popular restaurants. The Dan’l Web-ster Inn Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily  in the beautiful glass-walled Conservatory and the adjoining Music Room. The menu is a mix of Creative American Cuisine and Traditional Fa-vorites such as the most tender prime rib and filet mignon, all artfully prepared with fresh and all natural ingredients by the chef. The Tavern at the Inn is an authentic replica of the two-centuries-old tap room where Daniel Webster made regular visits. It also served as the meet-ing place for local Patriots during the Revolution. The menu offers homemade soups, sandwiches and pizza, as well as the entire Dan’l Webster menu for lunch and dinner. Outdoor patio seating is available in good weather.The Inn is proudly recognized as a Distinguished Restaurant of North America, placing it in the top 1% of restaurants in the country.     27 years later, Chef/Owner Bob Montano is still dedicated to creating an au-
    thentic slice of Italy in North Truro. Chef Montano, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, prides himself on house-made cuisine. All pasta is made in-house and is cooked to order. The tomato sauce that tops the pasta, also house-made. Montano’s features traditional Italian favorites, such as Chicken Parmigiana, Fettuccine Alfredo and Fried Calamari. In addition to these, the menu offers regional Italian favorites, such as Bucatini All’Amatriciana, a favorite from Rome, and Wild Boar Ragu, a favorite from Tuscany.
